As I sit back and reflect over the past five years, I am in awe of the organizations we have had the privilege of working with and the wonderful friendships created. CrescentLink started with humble expectations, and now we have over 70 clients across the United States, Canada and Bermuda. As I reflect on the past, I am excited about our future and hope that you will be as well.
Palmetto Engineering started the Vision of a Fiber Mapping system under the guidance of our President George Wyatt and Senior Developer Worth Sparks; creating a software for Engineers made by Engineers. Two years ago, we expanded the vision and products and services under the banner of CrescentLink Solutions. Our goal was to provide a service oriented software and not just a product in a box. We began a process of continually improving the software, allowing us to advance into new and different markets. Today we serve not only Traditional Telecom operators, but Power companies, Municipalities, Universities, ISP’s, MSO’s, Engineering and Construction companies. We are still, at our core, Telecom engineers, but we strive to listen to our customers and engage in ideas that will benefit not only their companies but everyone who uses CrescentLink.
Two years ago, we created an Advisory Council. This diverse five-member group helps guide product development in ways that minimize overloading needs for one market versus the other. The goal of the group is to help our organization move forward in a balanced method. As we move into the future, there are several goals toward which we are working. System Integration, ESRI Pro, and Mobile are big ticket terms that are driving our development pace. I encourage you to add our advisory council to your contact list as I believe they would be great resources to you and your teams.
As you may have noticed, we have recently added some new team members. Jasen Kintner joined our team a little over a year ago, as our Senior Director. Jasen has overseen the revamp of our development, operations, and pricing strategies. In addition, we have created a dedicated sales team directed by April Hughes. April brings a wealth of knowledge in software sales, and her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. We have also been fortunate to keep 2 of our original development team members: founding developer of CrescentLink Dennis Strickland, and Tim Sexton. While we have made many new additions, I am saddened to announce that today, our Operations Manager, Brian Winegarden, is leaving. Brian has been a major part of the success and growth of CrescentLink. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
We are excited to announce that effective December 11, 2017 we will be moving Natalie Weigle from our development team to Operations Manager. Natalie’s development experience and attention to detail will be integral keys to our success. Natalie and her team will be working directly with Jasen, April and their teams to provide quality customer experiences. Please join me in congratulating Natalie on her new position.

In closing, I want to thank each of you for your participation and support. We look forward to a great future together!
